Oriola Oyj: Acquisition of own shares during week 23, 2026
The share buybacks form part of the share buyback programme that Oriola Oyj
announced on 29 April 2026. The buyback programme, which runs from 30 April 2026
until no later than 31 August 2026, is being carried out in accordance with
Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse and Commission Delegated Regulation
(EU) 2016/1052.
