Royalty Liability [Text Block]	NOTE 7 - Royalty Liability On July 2, 2024, the Company entered into a royalty agreement with Orion to which the Company sold a 1% net smelter return royalty interest on certain properties for a total consideration of $0.18 million. The Orion royalty is recorded as a royalty liability.
