Restructuring Costs	5. Restructuring Costs During 2017, the Company recorded restructuring costs of $1.3 million, which was primarily related to the transition of resources driven by our migration from on-premise software to cloud-based implementations, as well as the Jibe acquisition, and the rationalization of global resources as a result of the emergence of RPA (“Robotic Process Automation”) related engagements from the Aecus acquisition. As of March 30, 2018 and December 29, 2017, the Company did not have any remaining commitments related to restructuring.
