5. Restructuring Costs 

During 2020, the Company recorded restructuring costs of $10.5 million, of which $5.7 million was primarily related to the reduction of staff in Europe and Australia. As of October 1, 2021, the Company had $825 thousand of remaining commitments related to the restructuring charge.
