[1] On the Effective Date, Kodak completed the sale of substantially all of its assets constituting the Personalized Imaging and Document Imaging businesses to KPP Holdco Limited. This transaction has been reflected in the Predecessor Company period. Refer to Note 26, "Discontinued Operations" for additional information.
[2] In the fourth quarter of 2013, Kodak recorded an impairment charge of $8 million related to the Kodak trade name. Refer to Note 8, "Goodwill and Other Intangible Assets."
