Business Combination Disclosure [Text Block]	*NOTE 18:* BUSINESS COMBINATION** On May 26, 2023 Kodak acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Graphic Systems Services, Inc., a leading provider of web inkjet press transport systems and other print-related components and engineering services. The acquisition was immaterial to Kodak's financial position as of June 30, 2023 and its results of operations and cash flows for the three months ended June 30, 2023.

The entire disclosure for a business combination (or series of individually immaterial business combinations) completed during the period, including background, timing, and recognized assets and liabilities. The disclosure may include leverage buyout transactions (as applicable).
