	(1)	In the fourth quarter of 2023, Kodak recorded an impairment charge of $4 million related to the Electrophotographic Printing Solutions (“EPS”) business due to the continued impacts of the decision to cease manufacturing of the EPS equipment products.  The fair value of EPS was estimated using a discounted cash flow method (Level 3).
	(2)	In the fourth quarter of 2022, Kodak recorded an impairment charge of $1 million related to the Kodak trade name.  Refer to Note 5, "Goodwill and Other Intangible Assets".
