Related Party Transaction	17. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION During 2014, the Company paid $1.2 million to Raymond James & Associates, an affiliate of Eagle Asset Management, for investment banking services related to the Company’s sale of its former OCTG business. Eagle Asset Management is a substantial stockholder of the Company, as it owns more than 10 percent of the Company’s common stock.
