Restructuring and Related Activities Disclosure [Text Block]	1 3 .      Restructuring In April 2015, the Company initiated a production curtailment at its Atchison, Kansas facility within the Tubular Products Group. Severance related restructuring costs associated with the production curtailment were approximately $0.5 million. The entire amount was incurred and paid during the three months ended June 30, 2015, and is included in Cost of sales for that period.
