Restructuring and Related Activities Disclosure [Text Block]	17. RESTRUCTURING During 2015, the Company initiated a production curtailment at its Atchison, Kansas facility within the Tubular Products Group. Severance related restructuring costs associated with the production curtailment were approximately $560,000, of which $515,000 was included in cost of sales and $45,000 was included in selling, general and administrative expense. Of these restructuring costs, $58,000 was payable at December 31, 2015 and is included in accrued liabilities on the consolidated balance sheet. This amount is expected to be paid by March 31, 2016.
