RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION S : In the second quarter of 2015, the Company engaged Raymond James & Associates, an affiliate of Eagle Asset Management, to provide investment banking services related to a possible disposition of the Company’s Tubular Products business. This contract was terminated in May  2016. Eagle Asset Management was a substantial stockholder of the Company (owning more than ten percent of the Company’s common stock) until September  30, 2015, when Eagle Asset Management reported that it then owned less than five percent of the Company’s common stock. A nominal amount of reimbursable expenses were incurred by Raymond James during 2015.
