2. Related Parties	2. Related Parties In August 2012 the Company was extended a note by MSD to purchase property for $223,807 at 12% interest to be paid in 60 monthly payments. At March 31, 2014 the remaining amount due was $207,017 and $40,274 has been paid in interest to date.
