2. Related Parties	2. Related Parties In August 2012 the Company entered into a note by Mine Systems Design (MSD) to purchase property for $223,807 at 12% interest to be paid in 60 monthly payments. At June 30, 2014 the remaining amount due was $198,414 and $12,503 has been paid in interest during the six months ended June 30, 2014.
