3. Related Parties	3. Related Parties In August 2012, the Company entered into a note by Mine Systems Design (MSD) to purchase property for $223,806 at 12% interest to be paid in 60 monthly payments. At March 31, 2015 and March 31, 2014 the remaining amount due was $171,007 and $207,017, respectively. In the first three months of 2015 and 2014 $5,319 and $6,378, respectively was paid in interest.
