Principles of Consolidation	Principles of Consolidation At March 31, 2016, the consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company, the accounts of our majority owned New Jersey Mill Joint Venture (“NJMJV”), Golden Chest LLC Joint Venture (“GCJV”) and GF&H Company. Intercompany items and transactions between companies included in the consolidation are eliminated.
