Subsequent Events	14.          Subsequent Events On April 20, 2018, the Company completed a private placement consisting of a total of 3,846,154 units sold at a price of $0.13per unit, each unit consisted of one share of the Company’s stock and one half of one stock purchase warrant with each whole warrant exercisable for one share of the Company’s stock at $0.22 for 24 months, no commission was associated with this sale and $500,000 in net proceeds was realized.
