17. Subsequent Events	17.Subsequent Events  In October 2020, holders exercised 666,667 warrants at $0.20 per share of the Company’s common with net proceeds of $133,333. In November 2020 the Company was notified that the PPP loan funded on April 10, 2020 for $358,346 had been forgiven for qualifying expenses under the provisions of the CARES Act. (Note 11)
