Subsequent Events	14. Subsequent Events On October 12, 2023, IDR amended and restated warrants issued in private placements completed in October and November of 2021. The amended and restated warrants extended the exercise period of the warrants for an additional one year. The October 2021 private placement issued warrants gave the holders the right to purchase a total of 235,722 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $5.60 per share. The expiration date of the warrants was extended from October 15, 2023 to October 15, 2024. The November 2021 private placement issued warrants gave the holders the right to purchase a total of 53,572 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $7.00 per share. The expiration date of the warrants was extended from November 12, 2023 to November 12, 2024. There were no other changes in the terms of the warrants.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
