Fee Income Fee Income
Fee income consists of amendment fees, capital structuring and other fees, conversion fees, commitment fees and administrative agent fees. The following table summarizes the Company’s fee income for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025 and 2024 and the year ended December 31, 2024:

Administrative agent fees are recurring income as long as the Company remains the administrative agent for the related investment. Income from all other fees was non-recurring.
