Advertising Costs [Text Block]	8.  ADVERTISING COSTS Advertising costs are expenses as incurred and reported in Operating Expenses in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations and Comprehensive Income (Loss), and include costs of advertising, tradeshows, and other activities designed to enhance demand for the Company's products.  The Company reported advertising costs of approximately $2.5 million and $5.3 million for the three and six months ended May 31, 2024, respectively, $0.6 million and $1.5 million for the three and six months ended May 31, 2023, respectively.
