FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK ADVANCES AND OTHER BORROWINGS	6. FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK ADVANCES AND OTHER BORROWINGS At September 30, 2023, the Company had overnight borrowings with the FHLB of $470.6 million at a rate of 5.58 percent compared to $379.5 million of overnight borrowings at the FHLB at a rate of 4.61 percent at December 31, 2022. At September 30, 2023, unused short-term overnight borrowing capacity available through the FHLB, correspondent banks and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York totaled $3.3 billion.
