STOCK BASED COMPENSATION	5.  STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION As of September 30, 2011, all stock options were fully vested and there are no unrecognized compensation costs related to stock options.  There were no stock options granted for the nine month periods ending September 30, 2011 and 2010.
