STOCK BASED COMPENSATION	NOTE 5.  STOCK-BASED COMPENSATION As of March 31, 2012, all stock options were fully vested and there are no unrecognized compensation costs related to stock options.  There were no stock options granted for the three month periods ending March 31, 2012 and 2011.
