Restricted equity securities declined $5.1 million from December 31, 2022 due to lower Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (FHLB) stock requirement resulting from a decrease in borrowings. Interest rate swaps balance represents the fair value of our commercial loan back-to-back swaps.
