    Amortization expense for intangible assets was $0.9 million and $3.6 million for the three months ended January 3, 2025 and December 29, 2023, respectively. In connection with the business combination discussed in Note 10. Business Combinations, during fiscal year 2024, the Company recorded additional intangible assets of $2.6 million, of which $2.1 million related to customer contracts and supplier relationships and $0.5 million related to acquired existing technology.
