NOTE 13 – RETIREMENT PLAN

 

The Company established a 401(k) retirement plan covering all eligible employees beginning November 15, 2013. For the six months ending June 30, 2021 and 2020, a contribution of $28,431 and $27,828 was charged to expense for all eligible non-executive participants. For the three months ending June 30, 2021 and 2020, a contribution of $15,127 and $14,748 was charged to expense for all eligible non-executive participants.
