NOTE 13 – RETIREMENT PLAN

 

The Company established a 401(k) retirement plan covering all eligible employees beginning November 15, 2013. For the three months ending June 30, 2024 and 2023, a contribution of $34,324 and $17,882, respectively, was charged to expense for all eligible non-executive participants. For the six months ending June 30, 2024 and 2023, a contribution of $59,092 and $32,858, respectively, was charged to expense for all eligible non-executive participants.
