Subsequent Event	Note 14 - Subsequent Event Subsequent to September 30, 2013, we entered into a contract to sell two properties located in Michigan for an aggregate purchase price of $5.5 million.  There were no other events relative to the Company’s consolidated financial statements that require additional disclosure.
