Subsequent Events	Note 16 — Subsequent Events From April 1, 2018 through May 7, 2018, the Company sold 10,600 shares through its equity offering program for proceeds of $254,000, net of commissions of $2,600.  There were no sales during the three months ended March 31, 2018. Subsequent events have been evaluated and except as disclosed herein, there were no other events relative to the consolidated financial statements that require additional disclosure.
