Subsequent Events	Note 17 – Subsequent Events Subsequent events have been evaluated and except as disclosed herein and below, there were no other events relative to the consolidated financial statements that require additional disclosure. Change in Authorized Capital On July 8, 2020, the Company filed an amended and restated charter with the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation, which, among other things, increased the number of shares of common stock the Company is authorized to issue from 25,000,000 shares to 50,000,000 shares.
