Included in Other for June year-to-date 2023 is a gain of $2.0 million for the receipt of final proceeds in connection with our investment in Business Talent Group, LLC that was sold in 2021. Included in Other for the second quarter and June year-to-date 2022 is $0.8 million of expense related to the remeasurement of the Brazil indemnification liability (see Fair Value Measurements footnote). Included in foreign exchange gains (losses) for June year-to-date 2022 is a $5.5 million foreign exchange gain on a U.S. dollar-denominated cash balance held by the Company's Japan entity (see Investment in Persol Holdings footnote).
