Major Customer Concentration For the three months ended December 31, 2018 and 2017, the Company had two customers that comprised 10% or more of net sales. For the three months ended December 31, 2018, one of these customers was a distributor and the other was a private label original equipment manufacturer. For the three months ended December 31, 2017, both of these customers were distributors. As of December 31, 2018, the Company had two customers that comprised 10% or more of accounts receivable. One of these customers was a distributor and the other was a private label original equipment manufacturer. As of September 30, 2018, the Company had three customers that comprised 10% or more of accounts receivable. Two of these customers were distributors and the other was a private label original equipment manufacturer.
