Commitments	13. Commitments. The Company, at December 31, 2022, had entered into various contracts to develop and maintain real estate with remaining commitments totaling $2,133,000. As of December 31, 2022, we had additional financing commitments to our residential development lending ventures totaling $30.8 million of which $8.3 million is budgeted for in 2023.
