Dividends	13. Dividends ​ On October 1, 2019, the Company declared a $1.10 per share cash dividend to shareholders of record on November 15, 2019. On December 6, 2019, the Company paid this cash dividend which totaled $19.4 million. On December 7, 2018, the Company paid a $1.00 per share dividend in the aggregate amount of $17.6 million to shareholders of record on November 16, 2018.
