We recorded amortization expense of approximately $1.6 million, $1.1 million, and $0.7 million for fiscal years 2021, 2020, and 2019. We anticipate recording amortization expense of approximately $1.6 million for fiscal year 2022, $1.5 million for each fiscal years 2023 through 2024 and $4.1 million thereafter.
