In preparing the consolidated financial statements, management is required to make estimates and assumptions that affect the reported amounts of assets and liabilities as of the date of the balance sheet and revenues and expenses for the period. Actual results could differ significantly from those estimates. The accompanying unaudited consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company as of September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, and for the nine months ended September 30, 2025 and 2024, and include all information and footnotes required for interim financial reporting presentation. All intercompany accounts and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation. The results for the 2025 interim periods are not necessarily indicative of the results expected for the full year.
