SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In July 2013, the Company acquired two power centers in Orlando, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia, with a combined gross leasable area of 1.4 million square feet for a gross purchase price of $258.5 million. The Company assumed a $139.4 million mortgage with the acquisition.
