| RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS | RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS We currently use Structure Medical, LLC (“Structure Medical”) as one of our suppliers. Structure Medical is affiliated with Squadron (the Company's largest investor) and a supplier with which we maintain certain long-term agreements. We made aggregate payments to Structure Medical for inventory purchases of $132 and $382 for the three months ended March 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
