For the three months ended September 30, 2015, other (income) expense, net consisted of a foreign currency transaction gain of $94. Other (income) expense, net for the nine months ended September 30, 2016 consisted of a foreign currency transaction gain of $451. For the nine months ended September 30, 2015, other (income) expense, net consisted of a foreign currency transaction loss of $227.
