SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	9.          SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to the second quarter of 2019, the Company made an additional $5,000 payment on its credit facility.  The outstanding balance of the credit facility was $15,000 at July 31, 2019. Dividends On August 5, 2019, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share. The dividend is payable September 16, 2019 to shareholders of record as of September 9, 2019.
