SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 22, 2019, the Company announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement and completed a transaction to sell the Aviation and Truck Equipment business which had previously been part of the Diversified Products reportable segment, to Garsite Progress, LLC, an entity formed by AFI Partners, a New York-based private equity firm.
