CREDIT FACILITY	3. CREDIT FACILITY In January 2011, the Company entered into a loan and security agreement with its primary operating bank (the “Loan Agreement”). The Loan Agreement permitted the Company to borrow, repay and re-borrow up to $400,000 from time to time until January 31, 2013, subject to the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement. The Loan Agreement expired on January 31, 2013, at which time there were no borrowings outstanding.
