Pay Versus Performance
As set forth in the CD&A above, the Committee has implemented an executive compensation program designed to link a substantial portion of our NEOs’ realized compensation to the achievement of our financial, operations and strategic goals and to align our executive compensation with the interests of our shareholders and the value of their investment in the Company.
