Anti-dilutive stock awards are comprised of awards which are anti-dilutive in the application of the treasury stock method and are excluded from the diluted weighted average shares outstanding. Total anti-dilutive stock awards were 65,143 shares for the First Quarter 2016 due to the net loss reported. There were no anti-dilutive stock awards for the First Quarter 2015.
