NOTE 8. FAIR VALUE MEASUREMENTS OF FINANCIAL ASSETS AND LIABILITIES

 

Restricted cash is reflected on the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets at fair value. The fair value of restricted cash was $2.1 million, $2.3 million and $1.8 million as of April 29, 2022, April 30, 2021 and January 28, 2022, respectively, based on Level 1 inputs. Restricted cash amounts are valued based upon statements received from financial institutions.

Long-term debt, including current portion, was valued utilizing Level 3 valuation techniques based on a third-party valuation model to complete the analysis on April 29, 2022, April 30, 2021 and January 28, 2022. There were no nonfinancial assets or nonfinancial liabilities recognized at fair value on a nonrecurring basis as of April 29, 2022, April 30, 2021 and January 28, 2022.
