Subsequent Event	14.  Subsequent Event On October 12, 2023, the Company completed the acquisition of the water assets and wastewater collection and treatment assets of Conewago Industrial Park Water and Sewer Company in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.  The Company began operating the existing water assets and wastewater collection and treatment assets on October 16, 2023.  The acquisition resulted in the addition of approximately 30 commercial and industrial water and wastewater customers with purchase price and acquisition costs of approximately $566.  This acquisition is immaterial to Company results.
