Tecnotree Corporation (“Tecnotree”) has entered into a definitive agreement with
a leading global mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) to deploy Tecnotree's
digital Business Support System (BSS) platform across the United Kingdom and
other European markets.
The value of the agreement is approximately USD 19.6 million over five years and
covers software licenses, implementation and maintenance services (ARR) covering
the UK and other European countries. Tecnotree expects to recognise the first
revenue from the project in the second half of 2025.
The company has recently secured several new contracts. Their potential impact
on guidance will be assessed as delivery plans are finalized. The company will
evaluate and, if necessary, update its market guidance accordingly.
