Tecnotree Corporation (“Tecnotree”) has signed an annual recurring revenue
agreement, valued at approximately USD 2 million per year, renewable annually,
with an existing Tier-1 telecom customer in the Middle East for Tecnotree's
digital BSS stack.
Tecnotree expects to recognise the revenue in Q3 2025.
Tecnotree will assess the financial impact and update its guidance if necessary.
