Tecnotree Corporation (TEM1V) has renewed its existing framework agreement with
MTN Group, a leading Tier-1 telecom operator across the Middle East and Africa.
The renewed agreement is valid through December 2028.
The agreement extends the multi-year group partnership published in a stock
release on February 25, 2020, when MTN Group selected Tecnotree as a key partner
for the digital transformation of its operations. Under the terms of the renewed
framework, Tecnotree will continue to provide its Digital Business Support
Systems (BSS) software, implementation, support, and upgrade services to MTN
Group and its operating companies.
The renewal re-affirms Tecnotree's role as a long-term digital transformation
partner for MTN and reflects the successful execution and performance under the
previous agreement. The agreement renewal supports continuity in a key customer
relationship that contributes significantly to Tecnotree's revenue.
