Tecnotree Corporation has on 19 February 2026 received the following
notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets
Act, according to which Johan Hammarén's and his controlled company Oy Hammarén
& Co Ab's combined holding of shares and voting rights in Tecnotree Corporation
exceeded 5 percent on 18 February 2026.
The notification relates to the conversion of mandatory convertible debentures
(“CCD debentures”) issued on 22 June 2023 into new shares of Tecnotree
Corporation. The lenders of the CCD debentures subscribed for new shares in
Tecnotree Corporation by exercising the special rights granted in connection
with the CCD debentures.
